Payments can be made via BACS, Cash or Cheque.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer P.A.Y.G or monthly subscription packages. All sessions need to be used within 6 months of purchase and all sessions require 24 hours notice to cancel to avoid being charged.

 

Sessions can be sport specific for injury rehab, strength training, cardiovascular fitness or general mobility and wellness.
