Donna is very professional, she check before each class if anyone hasn't attended that particular class before. She asks if anyone has any ailments, conditions or medication with them that she needs to be aware of. She explains which muscle groups are being targeted and the importance of working the opposing groups for good posture and balance. She always begins with a warm-up and will continually check for posture and technique throughout the session, assisting in the correction when needed. Donna is also prepared to advise on good nutrition and always reminds her participants to keep hydrated. An all-round excellent, friendly and professional instructor.
